I went there for the first time recently. I order boneless Hawaiian and garlic Parmesan wings. It was so good ( the Hawaiian was better though) that I went back the next day. The next day and got Hawaiian and garlic pepper( I believe). I forgot to ask for boneless and I was not satisfied with how the wings taste. I don't think I am a fan of their bone in or their garlic pepper. I.I had to pour ranch all over the pepper wings just to be able to eat it. I will stick with boneless. The cheese for the fries is good. I think the customer service was good.

Love their phone app to order ahead of time. Made pickup fast and easy. Love the different flavors. I like hot food so their original hot was a little mild for me so might try and bump the spice up next time. Their wings were juicy and cooked perfectly.

At a coworker's suggestion (and with a mailer in hand), I tried this Wingstop with a couple of pieces of information in mind: 1) Wingstop locations can potentially vary more than a lot of other fast-food places. It may not be intentional, but some locations are (reportedly, though I've heard it on good authority) much better than others. 2) The restaurant boasts about everything being prepared to order, so plan to wait if you just walk in. I confirmed this with the counter: expect at least 15 minutes to get an order together, even on a slow night. (This is where calling or ordering ahead via the mobile app helps). 3) Lemon pepper wings. Outside of these things, there's not much else to be said. Seating is limited but available at this location, and the decor is on the nicer side of 'typical carryout spot'. The counter staff and manger were pleasant enough, although ordering ahead might've been nice since it's easier to read through the various combo options when not looking upwards at a menu board. As for the wings themselves? I was impressed! The flavors were well described and present throughout each wing. While I'd agree that the amount of meat per piece is less than what you might find at some other restaurants, the quality of the wings here substantiates the price. The (not-so) hidden star of the menu? Fries. In an arena (fast food/fast casual) crowded with quality, satisfying fry choices, I was very pleasantly surprised by the seasoning blend chosen here. The potatoes' bite is slight and light versus crispy or unnecessarily starchy; the side's finish is a nice balance of salty + sweet that doesn't veer too far into either.

1. Order online before you go. If you don't (and I didn't), you'll walk into an almost empty store and think, "yeah, this'll be quick!" only to find out that there are a dozen internet orders ahead of you and you'll have to wait 20 minutes. Who knew it took so long to toss sauce on wings? 2. The service is not great. Peruse the menu before you go. Better yet, see above. 3. The portion of fries is huge. They're mushy (which I like) and lightly seasoned. I suspect there's sugar on them, too. 4. The wings were tasty, but skimpy on the meat. One of the wings I got was literally half the size of the other (smallish) wings. It looked like a little, itty-bitty baby chicken wing. It would have been funny, except.... 5. This is not cheap fast food. It won't break the bank, but it seems a bit steeper than what it should be considering what you get. Overall: good wings, decent fries, mediocre service, overpriced.

The Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan wings are amazing!! The fries are subpar as is the service, but the wings are good so they get 4 stars!

Wingstop is delicious hands down. Service has been good each time I went, and last time I got 5 more wings than I ordered(not sure if I got lucky because they were slow, or the worker wasnt paying attention, or another reason...) Either way, I appreciated the extra wings.
